They are. In the beginning I would give them away and people that had no intentions of ever buying soap would take them, just to get something free. I find by selling them they are really interested in how the soap is and many times come back for a full size bar.

Then…bam my whole hair was clean and manageable! Water after my shampooing and it gets my hair even softer! Will never go back to conventional shampoo and conditioner ever again. The Pearberry bar even smells up our whole bathroom just sitting out on the side of my tub!

I am an individual who can sometimes be sensitive to fragrance so I thought this sample bundle would be a great cautious way to help me decide which full size scented bar I would purchase next.

This one might just be bad luck because maybe the bundles are pre-packaged so duplicates happen sometimes? There are SO MANY interesting scents listed on this website that I wanted to try and I spent a lot of time shrinking my cart size down to a dollar amount I could afford.

If the balance of scented to unscented bars in my bundle was different, this would not be a complaint of mine. And again, other reviewers seem to have had a better, more balanced bundle.

Just a thought, thanks again!! I tried to be easy going and non-demanding about my bundle. I have given this review 3 stars because I believe the Perma Earth team has only the best of intentions when creating their products.

Going forward I would rather take my chance purchasing a single full soap bar than to try another soap bundle. Thank you for your honest review and overlooking your request we did discuss it and we decided that since we did not have those 2 specific requests and you seemed to like unscented items that we would include more unscented options for you to try, as far as we could tell since the soap bundles are pre-packaged.

If you wanted to try more fragranced or scented varieties you can most certainly request that. We did update the bundles to be able to have multiple buys during checkout, however some scents may be replicated very closely when buying more than one due to limited availability, which is why we had that restriction on it.

We do absolutely do our best to fulfill any request one makes in the order notes and we wish we could do more! Hopefully with this in mind about our process you can let us know in your order note next time that you really want to try a variety of any scents we have rather than us trying to guess what else you would prefer if we do not have the scents you requested available.

Joined Jan 7, Messages Reaction score There are different ways to use free samples. Or it can be continous, like every 4 bars of soap you purchase will have a sample so if they buy 12 bars from you they get 3 mini sample bars if you are eager to get rid of some of your samples.

Or just say you get a sample bar if you buy 4 or more. Just make sure it is presentable and not just thrown in there. That way if they like the scent they know what to order next time.

For example, you have 10 mini bars for sample from 10 different batches. Put them together and give your price. It's profit so it's not a bad deal I hope this helps.
