Is it possible you had the game before? If so, you might try to uninstall the game from the console, reboot and then try to reinstall the game to see if it removes the "trial" message. I did this, and it then showed the correct game icon without "trial" but as soon as I connected back to the internet, it reverted back to saying "trial".
